Wish Carr is CEO of CarrAmerica, with day-to-day oversight of over 30 coworking, office, hotel, and retail assets under management in 9 markets across the country. Wish joined CarrAmerica in 2016 and began his career in project management, eventually leading oversight of multiple ground up development projects from inception to project delivery. Notable projects include the Wharf Intercontinental, Venue Condominiums, and Muse Condominiums. Wish received his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University and his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
