He has over 12 years of professional experience in finance, fundraising, business development, corporate strategy and team management, and has a Master of Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to Carr America, Willie worked at the Smithsonian in Washington, DC as a digital transformation officer, as an innovation professional for the Irish government & startup founder in Dublin, Ireland, and was a financial analyst at the Nasdaq in New York City. Willie was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2021 and is passionate about community development..
