Shawn Wilson

Shawn Wilson is the Senior Director of Operations at Carr Workplaces and is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating Carr Workplaces’ business procedures and policies to ensure they continue to perform efficiently and effectively. Having been at Carr Workplaces for over 15 years, Shawn first joined the team in 2004 as a Director of First Impressions after graduating from James Madison University. After spending a brief time away from the company, Shawn returned to Carr Workplaces in 2010 as the General Manager of its Alexandria, Virginia location. She continued working her way up the ranks, first as a Senior General Manager overseeing just a handful of properties, and then as Regional Manager in 2014 where she took on half of the Carr Workplaces portfolio. Shawn has since transitioned to the role of Regional Director which paved the way to her current leadership role as the Senior Director of Operations.
