Michele Penaranda

Michele Penaranda is responsible for the strategic growth and management of Preferred Office Network, CarrAmerica’s brokerage arm and brand, which comprises over 700 affiliated coworking locations aimed at providing flexible workspace solutions to corporate clients. Michele began her career with the company at Carr Workplaces in 2012 and has since held multiple roles in operations and program management, with a particular focus on technology. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Michele has incorporated her love of problem-solving into her daily routine, continuously finding new ways and approaches for PON to innovate in the ever-evolving coworking and flexible workspace industry. In 2019, she assumed her current leadership role as VP of Strategy, where she focuses on bringing in new opportunities and fostering the expansion of PON’s products and services.
