Karyn Rozek

Director of Property Management
Karyn Rozek is Director of Property Management for Carr Workplaces overseeing day to day property operations. Prior to joining Carr Workplaces, she worked at Oxford and Carr Properties in DC.

Karyn has over 30 years of experience in property management. She spent much of her career to date overseeing Class A and trophy product primarily in the DC region and key submarkets in TX and MA. She brings a unique and extensive experience on delivering hospitality level service while maintaining best in class property operations.

Karyn began her career in the real estate industry at the Oliver T. Carr Company and is thrilled to be back with the team!
