Jeff Strup

Vice President of Construction
Mr. Strup is responsible for construction and project management within the CarrAmerica portfolio, as well as oversight of third-party project management for select clients. He has been with CarrAmerica since 2021 and brings more than 20 years of industry experience.

Mr. Strup began his career as a general contractor in Washington, DC. Prior to joining CarrAmerica, he served as Vice President of Construction & Project Management for an East Coast real estate developer. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including office, retail, tenant improvement, repositioning, institutional, healthcare, data center, and hospitality projects. Mr. Strup holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Outside of work, Mr. Strup enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, boating, coaching youth sports, and cheering for the Wahoos.
