Gregg has over 15 years of experience in the flexible office, coworking, and enterprise sectors. Known for his highly analytical approach to sales and operations strategy, Gregg excels in leadership and is deeply committed to enhancing team function while building meaningful and measurable value.

Gregg began his career with Carr Workplaces in 2011 as the General Manager, where he successfully opened Carr Workplaces’ first Manhattan location. Following this achievement, he also oversaw the opening and operations of the second Manhattan location. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and innovative thinking, Gregg quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Regional Manager for the New York, California, and half the DC markets. He continued to excel, earning a promotion to Regional Director, where he created and implemented new ideas and initiatives that drove the company’s growth and success.

In his recent role as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, Gregg brings a wealth of expertise in sales and marketing, underpinned by his analytical and strategic disciplines. His ability to blend strategic insight with practical execution has been instrumental in driving the company’s market presence and revenue growth.

Gregg holds a degree in Marketing Communications and Advertising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. His educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a leader capable of driving significant value and fostering innovation within his teams.
